Return/Exchange Policy for Watson Fit Products and Programs

The Mission of Watson Fit is to help men lose weight and free themselves from the things that hold them back from self respect and growth. We will do this by providing the best real information, products and services available. If at any point you decide that any of our products aren’t 100% satisfactory to you, remember you are protected by our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.

100% Satisfaction Guarantee-What it is:
We want you to feel confident that Watson Fit provides you everything that we say we will. If you do not feel as though we came through on our promise on your membership enrollment, simply send an email to support@watsonfit.com and we will be happy to refund your initial membership fee if the conditions below are met.

100% Satisfaction Guarantee-What it is not:
The satisfaction guarantee is not your scapegoat for not using the program. Harsh? Maybe, but it is our personal belief that when you financially invest in yourself, you are far more likely to utilize the tools available to you. Our tools have been developed to enable you to take control of your lifestyle, mentality and, ultimately, your self-confidence. We have developed a system to educate YOU to create sustainable results - but the first step starts with you. 

Membership in the All Access online community is included with all purchases. If, for any reason you are removed from the group for not adhering to the group rules, a refund will not be issued for any products purchased. 
Watson Fit ALL ACCESS and Digital Products Refund Policy

We strongly believe in our services and want you to be fully satisfied with your membership with us. This is the reason for the 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.

7 Day Free Experience Trial:
If you have a 7 Day Free Experience Trial membership, and wish to cancel it, you must do so in the first 5 days and at least 48 hours before your free trial is set to expire. To cancel your trial membership, you can fill out the form HERE, email us at support@watsonfit.com. Remember, you must cancel within 48 hours of your trial membership end date.

Watson Fit ALL ACCESS:
If you would like to cancel your Watson Fit ALL ACCESS, you must do so within 48 hours of your next billing date. To cancel your ALL ACCESS membership, you can email us at support@watsonfit.com subject: CANCEL
Additionally, there will be no refund after 72 hours of purchase for ALL ACCESS.

Additional Digital Programs: 
To request a refund for all other Digital Programs, please contact Watson Fit support at support@watsonfit.com within 30 days of purchase to request a refund.

Once the refund request is approved, in all cases, refunds will be made ONLY via the original form of payment. Please note that it may take up to two (2) billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement.
